I offer a free introductory consultation where we can discuss your goals and gain a greater understanding of the procedures before embarking upon the therapy. Hypnosis will not be used during this consultation which usually takes about ½ hour to complete.

I schedule time immediately following each consultation for a hypnotherapy session. The session fee is $65 each or a package of 3 sessions for $165. A session lasts between one and one and a half hours. Each session addresses one specific goal and includes training in self-hypnosis.
